3. FAQ

Quick Links: FAQ | Important Notes

3.1 FAQ

▪ What does the "Current Stock" number mean?

The meaning of "目前庫存" depends on the mechanism:

  • Stock Quantity / Turnover Days: current qualifying stock level
  • Stalled Days: shipment volume over the lookback window

▪ How is the health ratio calculated?

Health Ratio = Current Stock ÷ Threshold × 100%

The threshold calculation depends on the mechanism:

  • Stock Quantity: the value you set
  • Turnover Days: average daily sales × target coverage days
  • Stalled Days: the shipment threshold you set

▪ Why can't I see the edit or delete buttons?

Your account may lack edit or delete permission. Contact your system administrator to confirm.

▪ Does deleting a tracker affect inventory?

No. Trackers are monitoring tools only; deleting one does not change actual stock.

▪ How do I edit quickly from the detail page?

Click the "Edit" button at the top right to open the edit page.

3.2 Important Notes

⚠️ Important Reminders

  • Health is a reference: combine with sales forecasts and supplier lead times for replenishment decisions
  • Deletion is irreversible: a deleted tracker must be recreated
  • Permission control: edit and delete require corresponding permissions
