3.1 FAQ

▪ Why is there no edit button on the order detail page?

The order may have shipped, been merged, or has a fulfillment in picking. Check the Status against the "Editable Statuses" table above.

▪ Can the order number be changed?

Yes. When changing the Order Number the system checks for duplicates within the same merchant.

▪ Can an order be transferred to another merchant?

No. The 貨主 can't change after creation because products and inventory belong to the original merchant. Cancel the order and create a new one for the other merchant instead.

▪ What happens to inventory after changing products?

Allocation is recalculated. If inventory is insufficient for the new products or Expected Quantity, the order becomes "Out of Stock".

▪ Can a partially shipped order be edited?

Yes, but shipped items can't be deleted and their Expected Quantity can't go below the shipped amount — shipped content is shipping history and can't be rewritten. To adjust other aspects, handle the fulfillments first.

▪ Are changes recorded?

Yes. All changes are recorded in the "Operation History" section of the detail page.

▪ Can changes be undone?

There is no automatic undo. Check the "Operation History" for the original values and change them back manually.

▪ Is re-approval needed after editing?

No. Changes take effect immediately after saving, and inventory allocation is reprocessed.
