Supervisors come here when they need to view or adjust warehouse settings. The list displays basic information for all warehouses in the organization. Click on a warehouse name to enter the details page where you can view or edit advanced settings like storage mode and inventory mixing rules.

Scenario 1: Find a specific warehouse

Situation: You need to find a specific warehouse by name to verify its address information.

How to Do It:

  1. Enter the warehouse name keywords in the search box
  2. Press Enter or wait for search results
  3. Find the target warehouse in the list

Result: The list displays warehouses matching the search criteria.

Scenario 2: View detailed warehouse settings

Situation: You need to verify a warehouse's storage mode settings.

How to Do It:

  1. Find the target warehouse in the warehouse list
  2. Click on the warehouse name link

Result: Enters the warehouse details page where you can view complete settings.

Scenario 3: View creation dates for all warehouses

Situation: You need to understand the order in which warehouses were created.

How to Do It:

  1. Enter the warehouse management list
  2. Click the "Created Time" column header to sort
  3. View creation times for each warehouse

Result: The list displays all warehouses sorted by creation time.

2.1 Main Features

Search Function

  • Location: Top of page
  • Searchable Fields: Warehouse name, address, phone
  • Usage: Enter keywords and press Enter or wait for auto-search

List Column Descriptions

Warehouse NameIdentifier name for the warehouse, click to enter details
AddressComplete warehouse address (including postal code)
PhoneWarehouse contact phone number
Created TimeDate and time warehouse was created

Sortable columns (click column header):

  • Warehouse Name

2.2 Steps

▸ Search Warehouses

  1. Enter keywords in the search box at top of page
  2. System automatically filters matching warehouses
  3. List displays search results

▸ View Warehouse Details

  1. Find target warehouse in list
  2. Click warehouse name link
  3. Enter warehouse details page

▸ Adjust List Sorting

  1. Click column header (e.g., "Created Time")
  2. Click again to toggle ascending/descending

3.1 FAQ

▪ Why can't I see certain warehouses?

The warehouse list only shows warehouses belonging to your organization. If you can't find a specific warehouse, verify whether it belongs to your organization.


▪ How do I add a new warehouse?

Adding new warehouses requires system administrator setup. If you need to add a warehouse, please contact your system administrator.


▪ Can I edit warehouse information directly from the list page?

No, you cannot edit directly from the list page. Click on the warehouse name to enter the details page, then click the "Edit" button to make changes.


▪ What fields does the search function support?

The search function supports keyword search across three fields: warehouse name, address, and phone number.


▪ How do I see a warehouse's storage mode?

Storage mode settings can be viewed on the warehouse details page. Click the warehouse name from the list page to enter.

  • The warehouse list only shows warehouses belonging to your organization
  • Editing warehouse information requires "Warehouse Management" write permissions
  • If you don't see the "Edit" button, you don't have edit permissions - contact your administrator
