1.1 Overview
The Staff Management feature allows you to view and manage all operator accounts within your organization. You can search for operators, invite new members, edit account information, and configure which merchants an operator can access. This is suitable for system administrators to centrally manage warehouse personnel accounts and permissions.

Scenario 1: Invite a New Warehouse Staff Member
Situation: A new employee needs an account to use the warehouse operation system.
How to do it:
- Go to "Operators" page
- Click the "Add" button in the upper right corner
- Enter the new member's email address in the popup
- Select the warehouse they belong to
- Select a role (optional)
- Click "發送"
Result: The system generates an invitation link. Send this link to the new member, who can complete registration by clicking it and then log in.
Scenario 2: Find a Specific Operator Account
Situation: You need to find an operator's account to adjust their permission settings.
How to do it:
- Go to "Operators" page
- Enter the operator's name, username, or email in the search box
- Press Enter or wait for auto-search
- Find the target account in the search results
Result: The list displays operators matching the search criteria. Click "Edit" to configure settings directly.
Scenario 3: Review Operator Permission Assignments
Situation: A supervisor needs to verify that operator permissions are correctly configured.
How to do it:
- Go to "Operators" page
- Check the "Permissions" column in the list
- Super admins show a gold badge; others show the permission count
Result: Quickly assess each account's permission level. Click "Edit" to access detailed settings when adjustments are needed.

2.2 Invite Staff
▸ Invite a New Member
- Click the "Add" button in the upper right corner
- Fill in the following information in the popup:

| Role | Select a preset role; can be adjusted later |
- Click "發送"

- After successful invitation, the system displays the invitation link
- Copy the link
- Send the link to the new member
💡 Tip: After clicking the invitation link, the new member needs to set their password to complete registration.

3.1 FAQs
▪ How do I add a new operator account?
Click the "Add" button in the upper right corner, enter the new member's email and warehouse. The system will generate an invitation link. Send the link to the new member, who can log in after completing registration.
▪ Why can't I see the "Add" button?
The "Add" button is only visible to accounts with "Staff Management Write Permission". If you can't see this button, please contact your administrator to confirm permissions.
▪ Why can't I see the "Edit" or "Manage Merchants" buttons?
These buttons' visibility depends on your permission settings. If you need these features, please contact your administrator to adjust permissions.
▪ How long is the invitation link valid?
Invitation links have an expiration period. If the link expires, you can regenerate a new link from the invitation records.
▪ Can I create an account directly without an invitation?
Currently, the system uses an invitation-based approach. New members must complete registration through the invitation link. This ensures passwords are set by the users themselves, improving account security.
▪ How do I modify an operator's permissions?
Find the target operator in the list, click the "Edit" button, then adjust permission settings in the "Permission Management" section on the edit page.

- When an operator leaves the company, disable or delete their account promptly
