III. FAQ
3.1 FAQ
▪ What does UPH mean?
UPH (Units Per Hour) refers to the number of units processed per hour. It's an important metric for measuring warehouse operational efficiency. Higher values indicate better efficiency.
▪ Which stations appear on the efficiency cards?
Cards display the warehouse's main work stations, including Picking, Packing, Shipping, Receiving, etc. Actual stations shown depend on the warehouse's workflow configuration.
▪ How far back can I query data?
The system retains 90 days of detailed data. Data older than 90 days may not be queryable.
▪ How is staff performance calculated?
Staff performance is calculated from system-recorded work activities, including scan records, completed tasks, and work hours. UPH = Total Units Processed ÷ Actual Work Hours.
▪ Why don't some staff members appear in the list?
Possible reasons include:
- The staff member has no work records in the selected date range
- The staff member is not assigned to any station
- Permission settings limit visible staff range
▪ Can I export the workforce statistics report?
This feature does not currently support export. For data export needs, please contact your system administrator.
3.2 Notes
⚠️ Important
- Data is calculated in real-time and may take a few seconds to load
- UPH calculations only include effective work time, excluding breaks
- Staff performance data is for reference only; actual evaluation should consider multiple factors
