Quick Links: Merge One Receiver's Fulfillments | Batch Merge Everything
Scenario 1: Merge Multiple Fulfillments for the Same Receiver
Situation: The same receiver placed several orders within a short time, producing several fulfillments, and you want to merge them to save freight.
Steps:
- Open the merge page and select the 貨主
- Find the receiver in the automatically grouped list
- Expand the group and confirm the fulfillments to merge are selected (all selected by default)
- Click the group's "Merge" button
- Confirm the merge
Result: The selected fulfillments merge into one, ship together, and save freight.
Scenario 2: Batch Merge All Mergeable Fulfillments
Situation: Before daily shipping you batch merge every mergeable fulfillment to speed up picking and shipping.
Steps:
- Open the merge page and select the 貨主
- Review the automatically grouped mergeable fulfillments
- Click "Batch Merge" in the top right
- Confirm to start
Result: The system merges each group in turn, showing progress and success/failure counts; click "Load More" afterwards to handle the next batch.
2. Features
When one customer places several orders in a short window, shipping them separately wastes freight. This page automatically finds mergeable fulfillments and lists them in groups — merge group by group, or batch merge everything, so each customer gets a single parcel.

⚠️ Important: Select a 貨主 first; the system then lists that merchant's mergeable fulfillment groups.
2.1 Merge Rules
The system automatically detects fulfillments meeting all of these conditions and groups them:
| Condition | Description |
|---|---|
| Same warehouse | Fulfillments belong to the same warehouse |
| Same receiver | Receiver name, phone, and address match exactly |
| Same Sales Channel | From the same sales channel |
| Same Shipping Type | Use the same delivery method |
| Same currency & store | Order currencies match; store pickup must be the same store |
| Status allows merging | Fulfillments are "Allocated" or "Out of Stock" with the same status within a group; fulfillments already in picking or shipped cannot be merged |
📌 Note: Cash-on-delivery orders and orders using platform logistics are excluded — their shipping labels and payments are tied to the original order, and merging would break reconciliation. At most 20 groups are shown at a time; after merging, the next batch loads automatically.
2.2 Page Layout
Statistics: The top of the page shows "Mergeable Groups", "Pending Items", and "Total Products".
Search: Type a receiver, phone, order number, channel, or shipping keyword in the search box to find a specific group.
Group cards: Each mergeable group is shown as a card containing:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Receiver info | Receiver name, phone, and address |
| Sales Channel / Shipping Type / Warehouse tags | The group's shared conditions |
| Fulfillments | Number of fulfillments in the group |
| Items Count | Total product quantity in the group |
| Merged amount | When 2+ fulfillments are selected, a preview of the merged amount |
| Merge button | Merges the selected fulfillments |
Click a card to expand the fulfillment details: Fulfillment No., Warehouse, Related Orders, Status, Total Quantity, and amount.

3. FAQ
3.1 FAQ
▪ Why don't some fulfillments appear in the mergeable groups?
Common reasons:
- Receiver info doesn't match exactly (name, phone, or address differs)
- Different Shipping Type, Sales Channel, currency, or warehouse
- The fulfillment has entered picking or already shipped
- The order is cash on delivery, or uses platform logistics
▪ Can a merge be undone?
A merge cannot be undone with one click, so confirm the contents before merging. If you still need to ship separately afterwards, use "Split Fulfillment" on the order.
▪ How are product quantities calculated after merging?
The merged fulfillment contains all products from the original fulfillments with quantities summed. For example: fulfillment A has 3 units of product X and fulfillment B has 2, so the merged fulfillment has 5 units of product X.
▪ What if a batch merge partially fails?
When some groups fail during a batch merge:
- The system lists the failed groups and the reasons
- Successful groups are already merged
- Failed groups can be handled individually later
▪ Does the fulfillment number change after merging?
No new number is created. The system keeps the first fulfillment in the group as the base, moves the other fulfillments' products into it, and removes the merged-away fulfillments.
▪ Why are only 20 groups shown at a time?
Loading too many groups at once slows the page down. The system shows at most 20 groups; after merging, click "Load More" for the next batch.
