Scenario 1: Verify Bundle Contents Before Picking
Situation: You receive a picking task for 30 "Christmas Gift Boxes" and need to confirm which products go in each box and how many of each.
How to do it:
- Go to "Products" → "Bundles"
- Click "Christmas Gift Box" to enter the detail page
- Review the product list and per-set quantities in "Bundle Items"
Result: Pick by the list — the quantity needed per set is clear at a glance.
Scenario 2: Find the Stock Bottleneck for Restocking
Situation: The list page shows only 10 available sets left; you need to find which product is short and report it for restocking.
How to do it:
- Go back to the bundle list and find the bundle's "Bundle Items" column
- Check the available stock tag next to each product — red means insufficient stock
- Click the bundle name to enter the detail page and confirm that product's per-set quantity
Result: The product tagged red is the limiting factor; prioritize restocking it.
Scenario 3: Evaluate Impact of Bundle Changes
Situation: Your supervisor is considering changing Product A's quantity from 2 to 3 and asks you to check how many sets could still ship.
How to do it:
- Confirm Product A's current per-set quantity on the detail page
- Check Product A's available stock via its "Inventory" page
- Calculate manually: Available Stock ÷ New Quantity = New Sets Possible
- Compare before and after, and report back
Result: Report based on the calculation. For example, stock 100, original quantity 2 = 50 sets; changed to 3 = only 33 sets.

3. FAQ
3.1 FAQ
▪ Where do I see this bundle's available sets?
The detail page doesn't show available sets. Go back to the bundle list — the "Available Set Quantity" column shows how many complete sets can ship, taking the minimum across all component products.
Example: Product A can form 100 sets, Product B can form 50 sets, Bundle Available Sets = 50.
▪ What does inventory type "Default Inventory Type" mean?
Uses the product's default inventory type. To specify a particular type (e.g., Good), configure it in the edit page.
▪ What if Available Sets on the list page shows 0?
It means at least one product has insufficient stock. Check the "Bundle Items" column on the list page to find the product with a red stock tag, then restock it.
▪ Can I edit directly on the detail page?
No. The detail page is read-only. Click the "Edit" button to access the edit page.
▪ Does the detail page update data in real-time?
Data is fetched when the page loads. Refresh the page to see the latest status.
▪ Can I see which orders used this bundle?
The detail page doesn't show order information. To check, go to "Orders" and search for the bundle's SKU.
▪ How do I know which merchant a bundle belongs to?
The detail page's basic information does not show a merchant field. Go back to the bundle list and check the "Merchant" column, or filter the list by merchant.
3.2 Notes
⚠️ Important Reminders
- Available sets (shown on the list page) takes the minimum of all products' sets possible; if any product has insufficient stock, available sets decreases
- Orders expand the bundle into individual product lines at the time they are placed, so later bundle changes only affect new orders
