3. FAQ

Quick Jump: FAQ | Notes

3.1 FAQ

▪ How is "Available Set Quantity" calculated?

Available Sets = the minimum of "Available Stock ÷ Quantity Per Set" across all included products.

Example: Bundle contains Product A (2 units) and Product B (1 unit)

  • A available stock 100 → can make 50 sets
  • B available stock 30 → can make 30 sets
  • Available Sets = 30 (takes the minimum)

▪ What if Available Sets shows 0?

This means at least one included product has insufficient stock.

How to resolve:

  1. Click the bundle name to view details
  2. Check which product in "Bundle Items" has insufficient stock (marked in red)
  3. Replenish that product's stock

▪ What happens when a bundle is disabled?

Disabled bundles:

  • Won't appear in order product searches
  • Existing orders are unaffected
  • Can be re-enabled anytime

▪ Can I modify an existing bundle?

Yes. Click the bundle name to enter the detail page, then click "Edit" to modify.

Note: After modifying bundle contents, existing orders will still ship according to the original bundle configuration at order creation.

▪ "Product not found" error during import?

This means the product SKU in Excel doesn't exist in the system.

How to resolve:

  1. Go to "Product List" to verify the product SKU
  2. Copy exactly the correct SKU to Excel
  3. Re-import

▪ Can't find a bundle?

Please check:

  1. Whether the search keyword is correct (search matches from the beginning, so enter the first few characters)
  2. Whether filters are applied (e.g., showing only a specific merchant)
  3. Whether filter conditions are limiting the display range

▪ Can I export the bundle list?

Yes. Select the bundles you want to export, then click the "Export" button to download an Excel file.

▪ How to quickly find bundles with sufficient stock?

When "Available Set Quantity" is greater than 0 it shows as a green tag; 0 shows as gray — easy to spot while browsing. This column does not support sorting, so review page by page.

3.2 Notes

⚠️ Important Reminders

  • Bundles themselves do not occupy inventory; inventory is counted on individual included products
  • When an order is placed, inventory of included products is reserved
  • When an order contains a bundle, the system automatically expands it into individual products
