III. FAQ
3.1 FAQ
▪ How is SLA Compliance calculated?
SLA Compliance = On-time shipped orders ÷ Total shipped orders × 100%. On-time shipping is defined as completing shipment within the order's required shipping deadline.
▪ Why does the KPI card show red?
When SLA Compliance is below 95%, the value displays in red to alert you to shipping timeliness issues that need attention.
▪ How far back can I query data?
The system retains 90 days of detailed data. The date range selector does not allow selecting dates beyond 90 days or future dates.
▪ What time is included in average processing time?
Average processing time calculates the interval from order creation time to shipping completion time, in hours. It includes all calendar days including workdays and non-workdays.
▪ Why does the carrier distribution chart only show some carriers?
The donut chart displays the top 6 carriers by order volume. Other carriers are combined and shown as "Other" category.
▪ Can I export the order statistics report?
This feature does not currently support export. For data export needs, please contact your system administrator.
