1.1 Overview

The Sales Channels list page allows you to quickly view and manage all sales channel configurations. Each sales channel represents a sales pipeline with its own order processing rules, expiration controls, and billing settings. Through this page, you can filter, search, and quickly find the channel data you need.

Quick Links: Find Channels for a Specific Merchant | Find Disabled Channels

Scenario 1: Find Channels for a Specific Merchant

Situation: Need to view all sales channel settings for a specific merchant.

What to do:

  1. Click the "Merchant" filter in the filter area
  2. Select the target merchant name
  3. The list updates automatically

Result: The list displays all sales channels for that merchant, allowing you to quickly browse each channel's enabled status and creation time.


Scenario 2: Find Disabled Channels

Situation: Need to identify which sales channels are currently disabled, for re-enabling or data cleanup.

What to do:

  1. Click the "Enabled" filter in the filter area
  2. Select "Disabled"
  3. The list updates automatically

Result: The list displays all disabled sales channels, and you can review each one to decide whether to re-enable.

2.1 Main Features

Search & Filter

The top of the page provides multiple filter options to help you quickly find target channels:

Internal NameSearch by internal name keyword
EnabledFilter by enabled or disabled status

Data List

The list displays the following information:

Internal NameInternal identification name
EnabledShows "Enabled" or "Disabled" status tag
Created AtDate and time the channel was created

Operations

  • Click channel name: Go to the sales channel details page
  • Sort: Click column headers to sort by that column
  • Column settings: Customize which columns to display

3.1 FAQ

▪ Why can't I see certain sales channels?

Possible reasons:

  • You don't have viewing permission for that merchant
  • The channel is disabled and your filter is set to show only enabled channels

Check your filter settings or contact your administrator to confirm permissions.


▪ How do I create a new sales channel?

Click the "Add" button in the top right corner of the list to enter the creation page and set up a new sales channel.


▪ What does "Enabled" mean?

  • Enabled: Channel operates normally and can receive orders
  • Disabled: Channel is paused and won't process new orders

Disabling a channel does not affect existing orders.


▪ Can I export the list?

Currently, the sales channels list does not support export functionality. If you need to export data, please contact your system administrator.


▪ How do I view detailed channel settings?

Click on the channel name in the list to enter the details page, where you can view complete acceptance settings, order processing rules, and billing settings.

3.2 Notes

⚠️ Important Reminders

  • Sales channels are created by system administrators; regular users can only view and edit existing channels
  • Disabling a channel does not affect existing orders, but new orders will not be processed
  • Filter settings affect displayed results; if you can't find a channel, check your filter settings first
