3. FAQ

3.1 FAQ

▪ What are "location-days"?

Location-days are the basis for calculating storage fees. If a merchant uses 10 locations on a given day, that equals 10 location-days. The sum across all days in a month gives the total location-days.

▪ When is snapshot data generated?

The system automatically records the storage status of all locations at a fixed time each day, creating that day's snapshot.

▪ Why is there no data for certain dates?

Possible reasons:

  • The merchant didn't use any locations on that date
  • The snapshot hasn't been generated yet (today's snapshot is typically created the next day)
  • System maintenance or issues on that day

▪ What does the exported file contain?

The exported file is a day-by-day, location-by-location detail report including date, shelf location, zone, temperature, shelf type, product SKU and name, and stored quantity—more comprehensive than the summary shown on the page. The file downloads automatically when the export finishes.

▪ How far back can I query data?

The system retains location snapshot data for the past 13 months. Data beyond this period cannot be queried.

3.2 Notes

⚠️ Important

  • You must select both a date range and merchant to generate reports
  • Location snapshot data is for reference only; actual billing is based on the billing system
  • Exporting large amounts of data may take a few minutes; the file downloads automatically when done
  • Review storage usage trends regularly to adjust inventory strategies
