Scenario 1: Create an Order Template for a New Channel ​

Situation: The merchant added a new sales channel that needs its own order print layout.

Steps:

  1. Open the create template page and select the 貨主
  2. Enter the Template Name, choose the Applicable Channels and Paper Size
  3. Click "Next"
  4. Use "AI Assistant" to describe layout changes
  5. Check the preview on the right
  6. Click "Save"

Result: The template is created, and orders from that channel print with it.

Scenario 2: Generate a Template from an Existing PDF ​

Situation: You already have an order layout as a PDF and want to build the matching template quickly.

Steps:

  1. Open the create template page, fill in the basics, and click "Next"
  2. Click "Upload PDF to Generate"
  3. Upload the order PDF and click "Start Analysis"
  4. Wait for the analysis to finish; progress is displayed
  5. Review the generated result in the preview and fine-tune
  6. Click "Save"

Result: The system generates a matching template from the PDF layout.

2. Features ​

Create a template here whenever you need a new order print layout. Creation has two steps: first enter the template name, applicable channels, and paper size; then edit the content — chat with the "AI Assistant" to adjust the layout, or upload an existing PDF to generate it automatically. The preview on the right updates as you edit, so you can confirm the style before saving.

2.2 AI Assistant & Tools ​

AI Assistant ​

Click "AI Assistant" to open a chat panel and describe what you need in plain language, for example:

  • "Mask the middle four digits of the receiver's phone"
  • "Add a total item count field"
  • "Increase the product table font size"

Edit HTML ​

Edit the template source directly — for advanced users who need precise control. Keep the system's required reserved variables, or the template may not print correctly.

View Variables ​

Shows every available variable, grouped into order info, merchant info, sales channel, shipping info, order items, and more; searchable and copyable.

Upload PDF to Generate ​

Upload an existing order PDF and the system analyzes the layout and generates a matching template.

2.3 Preview ​

The right side always shows the "Template Preview" rendered with sample data. It updates as you edit, so you can confirm the style before saving.

2.4 Steps ​

  2. Confirm the result in the preview
  3. Click "Save"; to create several templates in a row, click "Save and Add Another"

3.1 FAQ ​

▪ How does the template content work? ​

Templates use variables to display order data. Find the available variables in "View Variables", place them in the template, and the system replaces them with real order data when printing.

▪ What must the template contain? ​

The template must contain the system's reserved barcode-area variable; without it, the template cannot be saved. The "AI Assistant" keeps it in place automatically.

▪ What can the "AI Assistant" do? ​

Through conversation it can:

  • Adjust the layout and field arrangement
  • Add or remove fields
  • Change fonts, colors, and spacing
  • Adjust table formatting

▪ Will the preview match the actual print? ​

The preview uses sample data; actual printing uses real order data. The layout and styling are the same — only the content is replaced with real order information.

▪ How do I set the paper size? ​

Under "Paper Size", choose A4 (210 x 297 mm) or A5 (148 x 210 mm), or choose Custom Size and enter the Paper Width (mm) and Paper Height (mm).

▪ How long does PDF analysis take? ​

It depends on the PDF's complexity. Progress is shown during analysis, and the template content is filled in automatically when it finishes.
