3. FAQ

Quick Jump: FAQ | Important Notes

3.1 FAQ

▪ What does "Is Default" mean?

The default template is automatically selected when printing product labels for that merchant. Each merchant can only have one default template; to switch the default to another template, first uncheck and save the current default, then check "Is Default" on the new one — otherwise the system shows an error.

▪ Why do I see label templates from many different merchants?

You can manage label templates for all merchants. To view only a specific merchant's templates, use the "Merchant" filter.

▪ Will deleting a template affect already printed labels?

No. Already printed labels are not affected, but you cannot use that template to print new labels afterward.

▪ Can template names be duplicated?

Yes. Templates from different merchants can have the same name, but we recommend using easily identifiable names to avoid confusion.

▪ What paper sizes are available?

The system provides the following preset sizes: Small Label (40mm × 30mm), Medium Label (70mm × 50mm), Large Label (100mm × 70mm), A4, A5. You can also select "Custom Size" to enter custom width and height.

3.2 Important Notes

⚠️ Key Reminders

  • Deleted templates cannot be recovered; confirm no products are using the template before deleting
  • Each merchant can only have one default template
  • You can manage templates for all merchants; verify the target merchant when making changes

💡 Usage Tips

  • We recommend creating at least one default template for each merchant
  • Template names should include paper size for easy identification (e.g., "Standard Medium Label")
