I. About This Feature

1.1 Introduction

The Dashboard is your daily starting point — the moment you log in, you see the warehouse's key numbers. You can customize which Widgets to display and drag to rearrange their order, ensuring the most important information is always visible. The layout is saved to your personal account, so every warehouse staff member can arrange their own dashboard around their daily focus.

III. FAQ

Quick Links: FAQ | Notes

3.1 FAQ

▪ Does the Dashboard sync across devices?

Yes. Dashboard settings are saved to your account, so you'll see the same configuration on any device logged into the same account.

▪ Can I restore the default Widget layout?

There's no one-click restore feature currently. You can enter Edit Mode and manually remove or re-add Widgets to adjust the layout (the default layout contains only the "Pending Orders" Widget).

▪ Does Widget data update automatically?

No. Data loads when you enter the Dashboard or refresh the page; it does not update automatically while you stay on the page. Refresh the page to see the latest numbers.

▪ Why doesn't the "Pending Orders" number match the Order List?

This Widget only counts unprocessed orders created within the last month (orders in "Pending Allocation", "Awaiting Payment", or "Out of Stock" status). The one-month window keeps the focus on recent work and prevents very old orders from skewing the picture. For orders older than one month, go to "Orders""Order List" and filter by status.

▪ Why is the "Add Widget" button disabled?

It means every Widget has already been added to your Dashboard and there is nothing left to add. To make changes, remove the Widgets you don't need first.

▪ My Dashboard has no Widgets at all — what should I do?

If you have removed all Widgets, the page shows "No widgets yet". Click the "Add First Widget" button to start adding again.

3.2 Notes

⚠️ Important

  • After making changes in Edit Mode, be sure to click "Save"; otherwise the Dashboard will revert to the previous layout the next time you visit
  • On slower networks, Widget data may take a moment to load
