1.1 Introduction

The Inbound Dashboard gives warehouse supervisors real-time visibility into daily inbound progress. With a large visual interface showing completion rates, pending quantities, and real-time inbound velocity, it's ideal for projecting on inbound area screens so the entire team stays informed about the pace.

Scenario 1: Project on Inbound Area Screen for Real-Time Monitoring

Situation: The inbound area supervisor wants staff to always see today's inbound progress and maintain work rhythm.

How to do it:

  1. Go to "Monitor" → "Inbound Progress"
  2. Click the "Fullscreen" button in the bottom right
  3. Project the display onto the inbound area screen

Result: Everyone can see inbound completion rate, remaining quantity, and estimated completion time in real-time.


Scenario 2: Track On-Time Completion

Situation: Today has a large shipment arriving. You want to check if current inbound speed will meet the shift deadline.

How to do it:

  1. Open the Inbound Dashboard
  2. Check the progress ring's completion rate and status indicator
  3. Review "Estimated Completion" and "Remaining Hours" below

Result:

  • Green: On track, will complete on time
  • Yellow: Slightly behind, need to speed up
  • Red: Significantly behind, may need additional staffing

Scenario 3: Analyze Hourly Inbound Efficiency

Situation: You want to understand which time periods have the highest inbound efficiency for staffing and receiving scheduling.

How to do it:

  1. Open the Inbound Dashboard
  2. View the "Hourly Inbound Trend" bar chart on the right
  3. Compare inbound quantities across different time periods

Result: Clear visualization of hourly inbound distribution, identifying high and low efficiency periods.

2.1 Main Features

Progress Ring

  • Location: Center left of the screen
  • Displays:
    • Completion percentage (large text)
    • Status text (On Track / Slightly Behind / Cannot Complete)
  • Indicator Colors:
    • 🟢 Green: On track, will complete on time
    • 🟡 Yellow: Slightly behind, attention needed
    • 🔴 Red: Significantly behind, cannot complete on time

Live Statistics

  • Location: Below the progress ring
  • Displays:
    ItemDescription
    ReceivedToday's completed inbound item count
    PendingNot yet received item count
    TotalTotal item count to receive today

Estimated Information

  • Location: Below statistics
  • Displays:
    ItemDescription
    Inbound RateCurrent hourly inbound item count with trend arrow
    Est. CompletionEstimated completion time based on current rate
    Remaining HoursTime remaining until shift end

Inbound Statistics

  • Location: Below estimated information
  • Displays:
    ItemDescription

Hourly Trend Chart

  • Location: Right side of screen
  • Range: 08:00 - 18:00
  • Bar Colors: Green/Yellow/Red based on progress status
  • Current Hour: Highlighted with white border

2.2 Steps

▸ Enter Fullscreen Mode

  1. Open the Inbound Dashboard
  2. Click the "Fullscreen" button in the bottom right
  3. The display fills the entire screen
  4. Press Esc to exit fullscreen

▸ View Real-Time Data

The page auto-refreshes every 60 seconds. You can also:

  1. Manually refresh the page for updates
  2. Check "Last Updated" in the bottom left to verify data freshness

3.1 FAQ

▪ How often does the dashboard update?

Every 60 seconds automatically. Check "Last Updated" in the bottom left corner.


▪ How is the status indicator determined?

The system calculates based on current inbound rate and remaining hours:

  • Green: Current rate will complete 1+ hour before shift end
  • Yellow: Current rate will just complete by shift end
  • Red: Current rate cannot complete before shift end

▪ What unit is used for inbound count?

"Item count" - the total quantity of each product line in inbounds.


▪ Can I view other dates?

The dashboard only shows today's real-time data. For historical reports, use features in "Reports".


▪ What does "In Progress Inbounds" include?

It includes inbounds in "Receiving" status, not "Pending" or "Completed" inbounds.

3.2 Notes

⚠️ Important

  • Dashboard data is real-time statistics, synchronized with the Inbounds list
  • If "Data load failed" appears, check network connection and refresh the page
  • Press Esc to exit fullscreen mode
  • The screen stays awake (if supported by browser), suitable for long-term projection
