How to Do It:
▸ Create the Account and Authorize
- Click "New" on the "EC Integrations" page
- Select the merchant this account belongs to
- Choose "Liteshop" as the "E-commerce Platform", fill in the "Display Name", and select the "Channel Name"

▸ Complete the Settings
- After returning from authorization, enable "Fetch Orders" and select the "Fetch Schedule" in the "Settings" panel on the right
- Configure the "Shipping Type Mappings"
- Click "Save"
Result: The system fetches Liteshop orders automatically at the scheduled times; check them in the Orders list.
Scenario 2: Store Added a Shipping Method, Add the Mapping
Situation: The merchant enabled "cold-chain delivery" in their Liteshop store, and the warehouse must add the corresponding shipping mapping so orders can ship correctly.
How to Do It:
- Find the account in the "EC Integrations" list and open it for editing
- In "Shipping Type Mappings", find the suggested "coldchain" entry on screen and click to add it
- Select the warehouse's cold-chain shipping method in "Warehouse Shipping Type"
- Click "Save"
Result: Subsequent Liteshop orders using cold-chain delivery map correctly to the warehouse shipping method.
Section 2: Feature Guide
Liteshop is a lightweight e-commerce platform. Once integrated, the system fetches new orders from the Liteshop store on schedule, automatically sends tracking numbers back to Liteshop after shipment, and can optionally push stock to the store when inbound completes. Liteshop uses an authorization binding flow — authorize with the Liteshop account; no credentials need to be entered manually.
Quick Links: Connection Info | Authorization Flow | Settings
2.1 Connection Info
| Field | Description | Required |
|---|---|---|
| Merchant | The merchant this account belongs to (selected first when creating) | ✓ |
| E-commerce Platform | Select "Liteshop"; cannot be changed after creation | ✓ |
| Display Name | Custom account name for identification (e.g., Liteshop Website) | ✓ |
| Channel Name | Select the corresponding sales channel; if missing, create it under Sales Channels first | ✓ |
2.2 Authorization Flow
- Click the "Authorize & Connect" button — the page redirects to Liteshop's authorization page
- Log in to the Liteshop account and confirm the authorization
- After completion you return automatically, with "Authorized Successfully" and the "Shop Title" displayed
Revoking authorization: A connected account shows a "Revoke Authorization" button. After revoking, the system stops fetching orders and sending shipping updates; re-authorization is required to resume.
2.3 Settings
The "Settings" panel on the right unlocks only after authorization completes.
Order Fetching
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Fetch Orders | When enabled, the system fetches orders automatically |
| Fetch Schedule | Up to 3 time slots; at least 1 is required when order fetching is enabled |
Stock Push
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Inbound Push | When enabled, stock is pushed to the Liteshop store when inbound completes |
| Push Percentage | Percentage of stock pushed to the platform when inbound completes (0–100%) |
Shipping Type Mappings
Liteshop shipping codes must be mapped to warehouse shipping types. The screen lists suggested mappings to add (such as home delivery, 7-11 pickup, FamilyMart pickup, cold-chain delivery, etc.) — click to add them, then choose the "Warehouse Shipping Type" for each. You can also click "Add Mapping" to enter a code manually.
Create a mapping for each shipping method the merchant's store actually offers; orders with unmapped shipping methods may not be processed correctly.
Section 3: FAQ
3.1 FAQ
▪ How do I complete Liteshop authorization?
- Click "Authorize & Connect" in the account settings
- You are redirected to Liteshop — log in and confirm the authorization
- You return to the system automatically when done
No keys or credentials need to be entered manually.
▪ How do I confirm authorization succeeded?
After successful authorization, the "Authorized Successfully" message and the "Shop Title" are displayed.
▪ Why are orders not being fetched automatically?
Check in order:
- Is "Fetch Orders" enabled?
- Is a "Fetch Schedule" set?
- Is the connection status "Connected" (is the authorization still valid)?
▪ How do I set up shipping mappings?
Every Liteshop shipping method needs a mapping to a warehouse shipping type:
- Based on the shipping options the merchant's store offers (home delivery, store pickup, cold-chain, etc.)
- Create each mapping under "Shipping Type Mappings"
- Orders with unmapped shipping methods may not be processed correctly
▪ Can I set up multiple Liteshop stores?
Yes. If a merchant has multiple Liteshop stores, create a separate account for each and authorize them individually.
▪ Can the authorization become invalid?
If the authorization becomes invalid, the account's connection status shows as abnormal. Click "Authorize & Connect" again to restore it.
▪ How do I push stock to Liteshop?
Enable "Inbound Push" and set the "Push Percentage" in the "Settings" panel. Once enabled, the system pushes stock to Liteshop products when inbound completes.
3.2 Notes
⚠️ Important Reminders
- Complete all shipping mappings: Every shipping method used in Liteshop needs a mapping
- Settings unlock after authorization: The settings panel on the right unlocks only after successful authorization
- Watch the push percentage: When the combined push percentage across platforms reaches 100% or more, the system warns of potential overselling
- Check the connection regularly: Periodically confirm the connection is healthy
