Scenario 1: Connect the MO Plus Platform

Situation: A merchant uses MO Plus to manage multi-channel orders and wants orders imported into the warehouse system automatically.

How to Do It:

▸ Apply for Credentials and IP Whitelisting

  1. Apply for API access with MO Plus to obtain the Token and PDF password
  2. Provide the server IP shown on the settings page to MO Plus for whitelisting

▸ Create the Account and Test the Connection

  1. Click "New" on the "EC Integrations" page
  2. Select the merchant this account belongs to
  3. Choose "MO Plus" as the "E-commerce Platform", fill in the "Display Name", and select the "Channel Name"
  4. Enter the "MO店+ Token" and "PDF 密碼"
  5. Click "Test Connection" and confirm "Connection Successful" appears

▸ Complete the Settings

  1. In the "Settings" panel on the right, enable "Fetch Orders" and select the "Fetch Schedule"
  2. Click "Save"

Result: The system fetches MO Plus orders automatically at the scheduled times; check them in the Orders list.


Scenario 2: Token Invalid, Update Settings

Situation: MO Plus regenerated the Token; the old Token stopped working and orders stopped importing.

How to Do It:

  1. Find the account in the "EC Integrations" list and open it for editing
  2. Enter the new Token in "MO店+ Token"
  3. Click "Test Connection" and confirm it succeeds
  4. Click "Save"

Result: The connection is restored and order fetching resumes.


Section 2: Feature Guide

MO Plus (MO店+) is an e-commerce management platform merchants use to consolidate multi-channel orders. Once integrated, the system fetches new orders from MO Plus on schedule and automatically sends tracking numbers back to MO Plus. MO Plus integrates via a Token and requires IP whitelisting by MO Plus before connecting.

2.1 Connection Info

2.2 Credentials

Prerequisite: IP Whitelisting

⚠️ Important: The MO Plus API requires IP whitelisting before it can connect. The settings page shows the server IP that needs whitelisting — contact MO Plus to add it before configuring.

How to Get MO Plus Credentials

  1. Contact MO Plus support or your business representative
  2. Apply for API integration access
  3. MO Plus provides the following:
    • Token (API authorization key)
    • PDF password (for opening label PDFs)

Test Connection: After entering all credentials, click "Test Connection". The settings panel on the right unlocks only after "Connection Successful" appears.

2.3 Settings

Order Fetching

Shipping Type Mappings

MO Plus manages order logistics centrally, so you only need one mapping: "Vendor Delivery". The screen suggests this mapping — click to add it, then choose the warehouse shipping method in "Warehouse Shipping Type".

3.1 FAQ

▪ What is the IP whitelist and why is it needed?

The MO Plus API is protected by an IP whitelist — only authorized IP addresses can access it. You need to:

  1. Note the server IP shown on the system settings page
  2. Contact MO Plus support to whitelist that IP
  3. Wait for MO Plus's approval before the connection works

▪ How do I get the MO Plus Token and PDF password?

  1. Contact MO Plus support or your business representative
  2. Explain that you need a system integration
  3. MO Plus assists with the application and provides the Token and PDF password

▪ What if the connection test fails?

Check in order:

  1. Has the IP whitelisting been completed (most common cause)?
  2. Is the Token correct?

The "Connection Failed" notice on screen shows the failure reason for troubleshooting.


▪ Why are orders not being fetched automatically?

Check in order:

  1. Is "Fetch Orders" enabled?
  2. Is a "Fetch Schedule" set?
  3. Is the connection status "Connected" and the IP whitelist still valid?

▪ What is the PDF password?

MO Plus shipping label PDFs are password-protected; the password is required to open the files when downloading labels. It is provided by MO Plus and is a required field.


▪ Can I set up multiple MO Plus accounts?

Yes. If a merchant has multiple MO Plus accounts, create a separate account for each with its own Token.


▪ Do MO Plus shipping mappings need manual setup?

Only one mapping is needed: map "Vendor Delivery" to a warehouse shipping type. The screen suggests this mapping — just click to add it.


▪ Does the Token expire?

MO Plus Tokens generally do not expire automatically. However, if MO Plus regenerates the Token, the old one becomes invalid — update the settings in this system and test the connection again.

⚠️ Important Reminders

  • IP whitelisting is required: This is the most commonly missed step — be sure to confirm it
  • PDF password is required: Needed when downloading labels
  • Test before enabling: Test the connection successfully before enabling order fetching
  • Apply through MO Plus: API credentials must be requested from MO Plus officially
