Section 2: Feature Guide

Shopee is one of Taiwan's major e-commerce platforms. Once integrated, the system fetches new orders from the Shopee shop on schedule, automatically sends tracking numbers back to Shopee after shipment, and can optionally push stock to the shop when inbound completes. Shopee uses an authorization binding flow — simply authorize with your Shopee seller account; no credentials need to be entered manually.

2.1 Connection Info

FieldDescriptionRequired
MerchantThe merchant this account belongs to (selected first when creating)
E-commerce PlatformSelect "Shopee"; cannot be changed after creation
Display NameCustom account name for identification (e.g., Shopee Official Store)
Channel NameSelect the corresponding sales channel; if missing, create it under Sales Channels first

2.2 Authorization Flow

  1. Click the "Authorize & Connect" button — the page redirects to Shopee's authorization page
  2. Log in with your Shopee shop account and confirm the authorization
  3. After completion you return automatically, with "Authorized Successfully" and the "Shop ID" displayed

⚠️ Important: Please use a shop account for authorization. Using a main account will result in authorization failure.

Revoking authorization: A connected account shows a "Revoke Authorization" button. After revoking, the system stops fetching orders and sending shipping updates; re-authorization is required to resume.

2.3 Settings

The "Settings" panel on the right unlocks only after authorization completes.

Order Fetching

FieldDescription

Shipping Type Mappings

Most Shopee shipping methods are handled automatically by the system; only the "seller delivery" types need mapping to warehouse shipping types. The screen lists suggested mappings to add (such as seller delivery for large/overweight items or carton purchases) — click to add them, then choose the "Warehouse Shipping Type" for each.

Section 3: FAQ

Quick Links: FAQ | Notes

3.1 FAQ

▪ How do I complete Shopee authorization?

  1. Click "Authorize & Connect" in the account settings
  2. You are redirected to Shopee — log in with the shop account and authorize
  3. You return to the system automatically when done

No manual credential application or entry is needed.

▪ What if the authorization expires?

Shopee authorization is valid for about one year. If it expires:

  1. The system shows "Authorization expired"
  2. Click "Authorize & Connect" to go through authorization again
  3. Normal operation resumes once authorization completes

▪ Why are orders not being fetched automatically?

Check in order:

  1. Is "Fetch Orders" enabled?
  2. Is a "Fetch Schedule" set?
  3. Is the connection status "Connected" (is the authorization still valid)?

▪ How do I set up shipping mappings?

Most Shopee logistics are handled automatically. If the shop uses "seller delivery" shipping types, map them to warehouse shipping types under "Shipping Type Mappings" — orders with unmapped shipping methods may not be processed correctly.

▪ Can I set up multiple Shopee shops?

Yes. If a merchant has multiple Shopee shops, create a separate account for each and authorize them individually.

▪ How should I choose fetch times?

You can select up to 3 time slots, and the system fetches orders at those times. Schedule them around your shipping shifts — for example once before morning picking and once before afternoon dispatch.

▪ How do I confirm authorization succeeded?

After successful authorization you will see:

  • The "Authorized Successfully" message
  • The "Shop ID" (Shopee shop identifier)

▪ What happens after revoking authorization?

After revoking:

  • The system can no longer fetch orders from that shop
  • Shipping information can no longer be sent back to Shopee
  • Already fetched historical orders are unaffected
  • Re-authorization is required to resume

3.2 Notes

⚠️ Important Reminders

  • Authorize with the shop account: Using a main account will cause authorization to fail
  • Authorization lasts about one year: Re-authorize before expiry to avoid order interruption
  • Seller delivery needs mapping: Shops using seller delivery must complete shipping type mappings
  • Settings unlock after authorization: The settings panel on the right unlocks only after successful authorization
